Real estate business 4.0: The large step taken by IMMOFINANZ into the Cloud

Digitalisation is not a matter of hype or trend - it has become reality in everyday corporate life. In Austria and around the world, the advantages of the digital era are finding their way into business across diverse industries. Companies of every size are already using - or at least considering using - efficient solutions in terms of costs and resources, and new technologies. However, digitalisation continues to place immense demands on companies - raising questions, playing havoc with established processes, and tying up resources and know-how. It takes courage, vision and energy to address these "major issues" of the digital age.IMMOFINANZ has risen to the challenge and moved all its business processes to the Cloud. Having been part of the transformation, I can say: It was worth it. The challenge was substantial, with many target groups, large data volumes and various markets. Faster speeds, more standardisation and further improvements in customer service were wanted. Employees, customers and services were to be on a suitable platform; processes were simplified. The result is not only demonstrable, it is also pioneering by international standards, and even won an award.

The fact that the changes functioned so smoothly is undoubtedly due to a "one-stop" solution and the step by step, but nevertheless fast, establishment of all building blocks for the project. It was with good reason that the innovative approach taken by IMMOFINANZ was recently also recognised internationally. The "Oracle Excellence Award" is received once a year by companies from around the world which can provide inspiration to others in successfully digitalising a business. IMMOFINANZ, together with implementation partner primeone business solutions, won the "Cloud Platform Innovation" category, among a field of competitors from a large number of other countries.

That's not only a pleasant acknowledgment of a successful move into the Cloud. It is also recognition for the company which met the challenges of digitalisation and looked at internal procedures and processes with vision. Congratulations and welcome to the Cloud!
