IMMOFINANZ Group, owner of the Office Cube on Vienna‘s Gaudenzdorfer Gürtel, has successfully completed the marketing of this office building. The new tenant for this approx. 5,100 sqm space is expected to move in during this summer. The lease was signed in April and covers four years.

IMMOFINANZ AG launches ADR program in the USA

Starting on 4 May 2012 IMMOFINANZ AG will launch a sponsored Level 1 American Depositary Receipt (ADR) program. American Depositary Receipts are US dollar denominated securities representing ordinary shares of IMMOFINANZ AG listed on the Vienna Stock Exchange, that allow US investors to indirectly purchase shares of IMMOFINANZ AG in the US market. Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas will serve as the depositary bank for the IMMOFINANZ AG ADR program.

IMMOFINANZ Group acquires 100% of Panta Rhei office development project in Düsseldorf

IMMOFINANZ Group announces the acquisition of the remaining 50% stake in the Panta Rhei, a planned office development project in Düsseldorf, from the co-owner FRANKONIA Group. This project was originally planned as a 50:50 joint venture, but IMMOFINANZ Group has decided in favour of a full takeover. The parties have agreed not to reveal any information on the purchase price.
