Dear Dr. Zehetner,
I noticed that you successfully refinanced your convertible bonds recently. What are the plans for the Forest Finance CMBS transaction which I believe is due in 2015. My understanding is that some properties have been sold from that deal recently, is this in anticipation of a refinancing in 2015 or sooner? If you are planning to refinance this will you still be looking to do it via CMBS ...

As of 6 April 2011 IMMOFINANZ AG acquired the remaining 20% stake in the Grand Centar in Zagreb through its subsidiary IMMOEAST Allegro Beteiligungs GesmbH.
