Internationale Modemarken wie C&A, die Inditex Group, New Yorker und der führende rumänische Kinobetreiber Cinema City haben sich für einen Standort im Maritimo Shopping Center in Constanta entschieden. Die unterschriebenen Verträge dieser internationalen Mieter liegen der IMMOFINANZ Group bereits vor und umfassen 12.000 m² der gesamten vermietbaren Fläche.
