IMMOFINANZ AG (ISIN AT0000809058), listed in the prime market segment of the Vienna Stock Exchange, announces its intention to issue a corporate bond with a volume that can equal EUR 150 to 200 million and a minimum term of five years.
BAWAG P.S.K. Bank für Arbeit und Wirtschaft und Österreichische Postsparkasse AG, Raiffeisen Bank International AG and UniCredit Bank Austria AG have been mandated as Joint-Lead Managers.

The issuance is subject to positive market conditions, the prospectus approval and the necessary board decision.

Die im Prime Market der Wiener Börse notierte IMMOFINANZ AG (ISIN AT0000809058) gibt die Absicht bekannt, eine Unternehmensanleihe zu begeben. Das Volumen kann EUR 150 bis 200 Millionen betragen, mit einer Laufzeit von zumindest fünf Jahren.
Als Joint Lead Manager wurden BAWAG P.S.K. Bank für Arbeit und Wirtschaft und Österreichische Postsparkasse AG, Raiffeisen Bank International AG und UniCredit Bank Austria AG mandatiert.

Die Emission steht unter dem Vorbehalt eines positiven Kapitalmarktumfelds, der Prospektgenehmigung und der notwendigen Gremialbeschlüsse.

Aviso Zeta AG (formerly Constantia Privatbank AG) to appeal first-instance district court ruling – rectification by higher courts expected

The Vienna District Court for Commercial Issues today issued a non-evidentiary, first-instance ruling in favour of a plaintiff. Aviso Zeta AG intends to appeal this ruling and is convinced that, as in many earlier cases, the decisions of the superior courts will support the position of Aviso Zeta AG.
Stefan Frömmel, member of the Executive Board of Aviso Zeta AG, on the current case: “In contrast to statements made by the Poduschka law firm, a first-instance ruling by a district court can in no way be interpreted as a ‘defeat’ or ‘setback’ for Aviso Zeta AG.
